Am I correct in that by the literature it only supports Inav?
It has an F405 so in theory it can run just about anything including ArduPilot depending on the firmware availability. Most FCs are clones of something else not one off scratch builds.

FIRST thing to do out of the box is find out the exact firmware loaded on the board and back up ALL settings. That way if things go south you can always revert back to original.

You will go to the CLI tab and enter in "Dump" and "Diff" and it will write out all those settings then there is a button to "save to file"..Not really a huge deal until you get the quad all set up (Motors spinning the right way ect)
Not sure but you might only need to do a "dump" command...I always just do both to be on the safe side👍
