I actually have a 60v thats dead now too but this time I'm doing something more sketchy, I'm going to salvage the good cells for my next endurance plane! 😎

I have an old metal tool box and a cinder block covered with a license plate, nothing too fancy but better than nothing!

No way! If it´s dead, shot it! We don´t want zombie batteries flying around!

Just an update on the DHC-2 Beaver - had a pretty good night just not sure if I'm totally happy with the cowl. I'll have to sleep on it I think and decide tommorrow.

Cowl has been replaced and I am much happier this time around. looks kinda scale now and I can work with that

Now its looking like a Beaver. Now I can move on to the wing - still trying to decide between flaps and ailerons(leaning towards this) and flaperons.

And that is not the engine for this , that's the power pod out of my Spitfire. I have a 2840 1300 Kv coming for this very shortly

I’d go with separate flaps. I’m not a big fan of flapperons by themselves.

yeah that's how I have on my plans, going to do that. I've learned not to second guess myself, that usually leads to more work and trouble.

And we have come to the end of another build night and all I can do is stare at this thing and say "WoW". Wing went together quickly and fit snugly into place, very happy camper!
