Bush plane build challenge

I know that I already asked the question, but I wanted to know if I needed to make a single one take video for the payload challenge. I would show all of the flying and I would show how much weight is in the plane at max capacity, but I might need to make a small cut in the video while messing with weights and getting them in the plane. I might also have to do some math too.

So I got the Pc-6 back! The nose is gonna need rebuilt, I'm gonna need to build a new powerpod and the landing gear needs a little bit of work. But everything else is fine! She'll live to see another day!

All right... I am gonna try the payload thing in another couple hours and I guess I will just try to do the best I can for video. Right now I'm gonna go weigh stuff so that I can add everything up while I'm there instead of having to come back home first.

I think you can use water. Easy to measure volume in the field. Then at home you can weight the volume of water you use in the flight.

I already prepared weights a while ago so I am only weighing to be 100% sure of their weight. Water is a pretty good idea though...

I just went out and did the payload challenge! The plane carries 1323 grams and weighs 870 grams so the ratio is 1.52. I have some homework and stuff so it might take a couple days to upload a video. Also, while trying to do the challenge I severely damaged one of my wheels, so I can still make a new set and it will still be ok right? Other than that I have a little more gluing and reinforcing to do since I found a minor crack in the fuselage but that is really it.

Edit: I wrote 1320 as the max capacity but it was really 1323 so I changed it.
