Can the Kraken go 80+ mph? - Or what else can with a payload?

I'm looking to conduct a test with a payload that I have to deploy (a net). The test needs to occur at or around 75 mph. I'm looking for a large enough plane that it could carry a 1-2 lb payload and still make it to 75 mph (so probably needs to fly 80,90,100+ without the drag of the payload)? The Kraken seems like a good option from the payload side but I wasn't sure how fast it can go. Is there a different plane I should look at?
