CDC plane - what would you imagine it to look like?

I looked up the u.s. CDC plane... and came up with nothing. I am sure there is good enough reason, question is... what should it be if they had one?
post your ideas below, best three deserve to be built.

The ideal CDC airplane is no airplane. They want you to stay inside
