The balance point on a wing is the same regardless if you use an EDF, a tractor setup, a pusher setup, or use the wing in a glider.
I agree with @Hai-Lee, the CG will not change.
However, if you move the location of the thrust, that is if you put the EDF on top of the fuse, your thrust angle will change.
