Hello,

Here i am after a looooooong search on the net.
I always love RC but never build or buy one for myself (except "playing" with other propriety :black_eyed
Now, it's my turn ! (to break mine ??? )

You have noticed that i didnt choose battery yet... I dunno what to choose...
Can you help me ?

1. Go with xt60 Hobbyking uses them on all of ther batteries, and its just a stronger and more reliable connector.
2. Those motors look barely big enough, but i'm horrible with motors, so I don't know anything other than I used prop drive 28-30 1200kv motors on my tricopter. Its a light frame made of wood, no camera or fpv, and it has plenty of power.
3. Good choice of ESC, will work fine. (be sure they can handle 4s if you choose a 4s setup)
4. The props should work, but can those motors handle the size? (again, I don't know anything about the torque of that brand or those motors)
5. assuming that you your motors draw 25 max each, thats 25 * 4 = 100A. But, lets realistically say that your only use a little more than half throttle, so maybe like 12A each while normal flying. 12 * 4 = 48A. While drawing 48A, you would need a 48 amp-hour battery for it to last one hour (same as 48,000 mili-amp hour) I run two 1300 3s in parallel for a total of 2600mAh 3s, and that lasts like 15 mins. If you choose to go with a 3s setup, you should be good if the motors are more powerful than I though (probably), but a 4s setup can't hurt if they aren't (probably not).

I'll throw a couple points out as I've built a few right around these specs.

1. First Off 10" props on those motors are only recommended on 4S batteries. If you decide to run 3S a 11" or 12" prop is officially recommended or you might be a bit short on power. Running those with 3s and 10" really makes the ESCs oversized as well then as they will only probably pull 8.5A each at WOT a 15A ESC would suffice. (even on 3s and 12" props they only pull 16.5A each)

2. I started off with a 9x transmitter and its fine but I would shell out the extra and just get a Taranis. Everybody always seems to end up upgrading anyway might as well start there.

3. I would skip those antennas from banggood they have been tested and reviewed many times and they never receive good reviews. I use spironets but have heard good things for aomway antennas.

4. You have a few different options for batteries. Going 3s will make setting it up much easier but you will probably get better performance out of 4s. Going 4S you are either going to have to run a small 3S battery to power the camera, gimbal, and vtx or get a decent sized step down regulator to run off the 4S battery. You would probably want to be in the 3300-6000 3s range or if running 4s a 3000-5000 would be ideal.
