Hm. Don't the common goggles support something like that already? What is the difference between this and a Fatshark with headtracker module?

Interesting. I was wondering about the latency with an HD setup because I know that's the one problem with current HD FPV goggles and fast flying. They have this chart they made, but I'm in no position to know what numbers are good or not.

If the latency is minimal to near nothing than this could be a cheaper alternative to HD video than say, a DJI lightbridge.

Ouch . . . 10th to 1/4 second.

Should be fine for the scenic route, but I wouldn't go racing through the trees with that.

Should be enough for Aerial Photography like with the Inspire1, but I'm not sure why you'd want 3D for that.
