Help! CHOOSING MOTOR AND ESC FOR A FOAMBOARD PYLON RACER

I need help choosing a motor and esc combo for a foamboard pylon racer I have designed in fusion its about the same size as the hjk big monster 115 cm length and 160 cm wingspan iv already got a motor in mind that Im thinking about using its the (H700 helicopter motor) but I was hoping for other recommendations !

should I go with 150 or 160 amps ?

Yeah no this one is gonna be made out of foamboard (the apex phantom) the airplane im making out of carbon is a completley design...( im calling the CF plane the F3S PHANTOM)

When I build it im currently redesigning the airframe a bit and then I will start building it.
