One could probably pull this off with a scrapbooking printer/cutter and some card stock pretty easily.

There's always next Christmas.. you can get a jump on everyone and make a really intricate design. Besides nothing says you can't make one now just for giggles n hahas.

I made a 15cm wingspan FT racer and it has had a couple of crashes but still it is still impressive. P.S it is made out of 5mm foamboard.
