Just about done with the designing!

From this angle, it looks like you have 4 X-axis toolhead rollers that are applying pressure to both rails possibly squeezing them together. This will certainly cause the rails to bend in the center unless there are actually 6 rollers there (2 sets of three triangulating on each rail) and the other two just aren't visible from this angle. You want to triangulate on each rail like the Y-axis sliders. Usually two of the rollers are are fixed and one of the tri-rollers has a cam bolt to adjust the play out of the system.

Ooooohhh....I didn't think of that🤦‍♂️ I blame @Patriot Rc as that was his part! JK🤣🤣 (I was the one who thought we should do it that way😂)

Though I have my doubts as to if 3/4 gas pipe spanning 3ft will flex that much if at all....

Most 3 wheel roller setups have 2 wheels fixed in place and the third has an eccentric adjuster to get all the play out.

UUH OHH......I had the servo's ESC ect plugged into the board but had the pins out of the servo plugs so I could run them to the right pins...And I was leaning over to grab something and a couple of them must've crossed because now my board doesn't hook up to my PC and a couple of the LED's are dead😥

UUH OHH......I had the servo's ESC ect plugged into the board but had the pins out of the servo plugs so I could run them to the right pins...And I was leaning over to grab something and a couple of them must've crossed because now my board doesn't hook up to my PC and a couple of the LED's are dead😥
D'OH! Been there... Done that......

Got a new one on the way...Should be here tomorrow!
