One of my favorite planes I've ever owned has to be the big red cub. Got it for dirt cheap and love every minute of it weather I'm cleaning oil off it, or doing touch and goes its always a hoot! View attachment 182379 View attachment 182380

yea giants and that kinda stuff are cool... I am currently designing a 1/4 scale cub that will run on a good old fashioned brush cutter engine.

The good thing about the old magneto engines is where a plane has a short nose and the extra weight comes in handy especially Biplanes. But then the opposite is true if wanting to built extra light it can cause a real penalty.
