I haven't tried that one, only Velocidrone.
A bunch of soldering and assembling, followed by configuring
Joshua Bardwell on YouTube just finished up a complete build series, which won't be identical to your build, but probably pretty close. He has many series' about wiring and setup you should check out while waiting for your stuff. Don't hesitate to ask questions

DRL sim is OK. It will still be better than crashing for real.
I would advise more than one battery be on your list, it’s frustrating to wait all the time to recharge and you will only get about 6 mins out of one pack. Also when you buy lipo the shipping cost is higher anyway, so might as well put more in there.
Basic box goggles like the Eachine EV800 series will work fine for learning.

You are going to crash, many many times. I had a Wizard, and at the time it was okay, but the camera is garbage, the motors are weak, the frame is weak and the FC is outdated. You are much better off with JB's build or the TBS package you specced earlier.

Its not a good starting quad at any price, sorry.
If you want to get flying cheaply and with low repair costs and cheap batteries check out toothpick class quads. I fly my Larva X all the time, it does all the same stuff as my 5” but it’s tiny and I can fly it places I can’t go with anything else. There’s lots of sub $100 micro quads that fly much better than the Wizard. Many are Flysky compatible too.

That’s not as good as Bardwells one. The motors are very cheap, the camera is not great (important as you see through it) the radio is not what I would buy, as you are stuck with a closed system protocol that means only radiolink receivers will work, which zero other quads have. The quad is OK but you could have a superior radio and build your own quad for the same money.
I bought my set up gradually, starting with the frame and TX, then I had something to tinker with and could fly sim or nano quads whilst I got the rest. Next I got the FC and ESC’s, hooked those up and set up the board, then the receiver and motors, so I could get it bench armed and hover test, then I did the FPV set up last. That initial build cost about $160 and flew superbly. Sadly I lost it after 4 months but then knew how to build another.
