Hi gays! I need Connection diagram for F55A Mini ESC to Teensy 4.0 ! Where can I find it ?

That is a very vague question. We have no idea what you plan to control with the ESC or Teensy. we have no idea what firmware you are running on the teensy, or how you have that firmware configured. Without details of the project, we would only be guessing.

Again, We have no idea what firmware you are running on the teensy, or how it is configured. All we can do is guess without details.

What are you trying to build? Are you following someone elses plans? What IDE are you using to program the teensy? Do you have the source code?

That looks like a really interesting design. I have watched a bunch of Nick's videos and am building one of his Drift penticopters. Unfortunately I have not played with his code yet. I'll have to dig around the documentation when I get a day off work.

A better option would be to use the RCgroups thread that Nick has set up for support. You may find your answers there, and if not, you could post them there.

Or mayby I can connect my two motors directly to M1 and M2 pins on Teensy 4.0 without any ESC ? It would be great ! OR not ?

The teensy isn't designed to drive motors directly. DON'T hook the motors to those pins.
