Control surfaces not staying flat after gluing foam edge

I guess in my past builds I didn't glue the edge of the foam on the control surface hinges. When I did these they now want to stay bent with the hinge open more. Before I glued them they had no resistance under movement and laid neutral. I did squeegee the edges down before the glue froze. Any ideas on fixing this?

Thanks!

I'll try with the servos in the morning. There is more force going one way over the other. I didn't want to have a servo issue, or have an erratic control issue over this. The ailerons I flexed to the limit a ton of times and rolled the bevel cut down with a pen. It's better, bit not zero force and back to neutral position naturally.

Sometimes the FB has a built in warp. I always add skewers to the tail surfaces to keep them straight. Glue skewers to vertical rudder and then adjust to make everything straight. This isn't usually a problem with wing surfaces as the fold-overs of the wing will keep it straight. Hope this helps.
