The nutball is 32in in diameter. The motor is a Turnigy 2217 20turn 860kv 22A Outrunner. A nutball this size is such a blast to fly!

I cut the biggest circle of foam we could (32in), and slapped on a good low kv motor for good thrust. The large disc area of the nutball lifts an amazing amount of weight. Chad did an AWESOME JOB on the lights and the goul. His talent amazes me!

Too bad the lighting didn't come out that well on the video. Only the blue backlight was well visible (that looked sweet). Flying around the ghoul just looked black and didn't see any glow in the eyes. I'm sure it must have looked hell of a lot better in real.

It looked really cool. Using ideas from the ghoul, someone could make an amazing, lighted, flying jellyfish. Anyway, that's what popped into my head as I watched the episode. But that's only because I'm a science nerd. ;-)
