Crash testing

I've been cursed lately on the crash front. Something I always consider when buying a plane is crash resistance. It'd be nice to see some planes having some harsh 'landings' or collisions etc., then showing how easy/hard the plane is to repair. Let's be honest, the few crashes we've had on he show have been pretty soft... The worst was the rare bear, which we all saw being repaired, but EPO and EPS can be repaired and if need be patched and repainted.

IMO the worst crash in the show was the Fiberglass FOX. I do not know if it was ever repaired.

There was the Fox, that was not a soft crash. Granted, they didn't do a repair on it.

you'd need to standerdise the crash in order to rank the planes ability to withstand impacts. Whats the worst crash "angle" - noise first, wing tip into cartwheel or soething else?

it wouldnt be hard to make a crash rig to strap the plane onto and make a repeatable crash the same for each candidate.

Of course, you could just take is up 2 mistakes high and ditch it......

Not in the context of HK and sponsorship... I just think it'd be nice for people to know how tough the planes are. It's certainly a factor in my purchases...
