Crias / APM tricopter.

I have been building a tricopter on a Crius board and I have run into a snag.

I think I have figured out just about all of the snags that you run into between versions and amount of motors. However, I followed the directions on the crius board manual and plugged the servo into port 2 for motors and servo output. I have since read that multiwii has changed their servo port to 9 and APM2.0 and above is port 7. I this mirrored with the crius board does anyone know?

I dont want to try and break stuff... but I am about tempted to.
