Customer service?

Hello, new RC pilot here. I am wondering how to get a hold of customer service. Ordered speed kits for the Bloody Baron and Mustang, got everything but the power pack and I have been messaging and emailing the store for 3 days now without a single reply or acknowledgment that they received my complaint. Very frustrating start with this company. Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried “Contact Us” at the bottom of the page?

I have through the store website multiple times, also emailed them directly at support@flitetest.com. Also used the messages section under my account on the store website page. I cannot find a phone number anywhere either.
Sorry, we're all remote guys here so not much help. They did get a ton of snow so don't know if they're back at work yet or not. You might try the facebook group.

You can try this on the FT Store:

Login,
Click My Account,
Click Messages,
Under Send A Message click the Order dropdown,
Click the order number you want,
Then fill in the Subject, add your Message and send.

They have been working remote this week. Many schools are off if not for Snow, also extreme cold. I'm sure someone will reach out soon if they haven't already.
