Cutting FB by Hand

Hey @randyrls thanks for the heads up, cutting by hand can be flukey to get things just right. I do like the idea of a scalpel thats extra sharp, gotta look into that. Thanks mate.
The second best tool in my FB cutting tool box is sandpaper! It can hide a multitude of errors and make 2 poorly cut pieces matching pairs in short time.

Have fun!

Newbies might be interested in these three hand tools for 5mm West foamboard.
I had trouble initially with cutting the 45degree angles and slots.
The top one is set to 45degrees and 4.5mm depth so the board can be cut flat on the bench and won’t ever cut right through the board.
The middle one is set to 5mm width of cut and 4.5mm depth so the slots are always parallel.
The bottom one is set to 3mm depth of cut and one side is set to 4.5 mm so it will do the part cuts and makes an accurate cut help free the material from a slot by guiding a freehand blade.

Easy to make tools and repeatable cuts.
