D-Tracer: Telemetry & FPV Maps app was released

Hi everyone,

I’m excited to share that D-Tracer is officially live on the Google Play Store.

It’s a dedicated Android app designed specifically for FPV pilots who need reliable telemetry tracking and real-time flight path visualization out in the field.

Key Features:

• Maps & Real-Time Tracking: Features mapping (via MapLibre), allowing you to see your exact flight path and last known coordinates.
• USB Serial Support: Easily connect your hardware for stable, real-time data streaming.
• Local Logs: A built-in offline database automatically saves your last 5 flight logs locally on your device.

Step 1 – Firmware & Betaflight Requirements

• The radio transmitter must run EdgeTX firmware.
• The RF module must have ExpressLRS v3.x or v4.x firmware.
• In Betaflight Configurator: On the Configuration tab, under the Other Features block, the Telemetry option must be enabled. Otherwise, the drone will not send coordinates and telemetry to the transmitter.

Step 2 – Transmitter Configuration

1. Turn on the transmitter and enter the system menu (long-press the SYS button).
2. Go to the Radio Setup section, find the USB Mode option, and select Serial.
3. Go to the Hardware section, find the USB‑VCP option, and select Telem Mirror.

Step 3 – Connection & Launch

1. Power on the drone and wait for the transmitter to establish a link with the receiver (telemetry status will appear).
2. Connect the transmitter to your smartphone using a USB OTG cable (plug it into the transmitter's data port, usually the top one).
3. Launch the application on your phone — the telemetry data and coordinates will automatically appear on the map.

No additional LUA scripts or functions setup are required on the transmitter. Everything works automatically at the system level.
