Yes, nice soft November snow makes for a landing with no damage. Had it been crunchy, sharp early spring snow… well let’s just say it wouldn’t of turned out so well.

Of course, it was a late winter afternoon with low clouds, and I was flying a white plane. It was difficult to keep orientation. This evening I started painting it so that it will be easier to see while I’m flying it. It now has a silver fuselage, and I’m thinking bright red and yellow wings. Hopefully, that will make it easier to see.

The pitch of the motors changes when the throttle isn’t moved. It’s funny because I had a voltage alarm in my pocket. I just hadn’t taken the time to set it.
