I know I've heard that theme somewhere but can't place it. It's a techno version of a game show or tv show or something I think.

Its a remix of the Legend of Zelda theme song. I believe they took Lindsey Sterling's version on violin and added in some Electronic backing to it. There is a link in his video description to the actual YT video for the music.
