So what do you do if you've got a spare Lidl foamie chuck glider wing, tail feathers and a vertical stab but no fuselage? Build a fusi in foamboard! In the video I show you how to build a lightweight foamie twin. Plus some useful building tips.

Honestly that is exactly the kind of project I love. Half the fun with foamies is random spare parts somehow turning into a completely different aircraft. cagesale.com

Foamboard fuselages are surprisingly good too if you keep them light. And at least with a twin setup you get twice the motors to forget plugging in properly. Ask me how I know.

Foamboard is great stuff. £5 a board and you can do wonders with it and a hot glue gun! Before I got into Lidl glider RC conversion a few years ago, (15 ? big Lidl and half a dozen small foamies on my channel) I built quite a lot of RC foamboard planes. Lots of free planes on the Flight Test web site. https://www.flitetest.com/
