Does Flying During Eclipse Count As Night Flying?

Aerial view of Nashville, Tennessee moments before, during and moments after the totality of the 2017 Eclipse. Though this footage is 1080, it was captured in 4K with Xiaomi Mi quadcopter.

Pretty funny to see all the camera flashes going off everywhere. Eclipse was a bust here in Columbus due to complete cloud cover. Just seemed like heavy overcast rather than an eclipse. I took a timelapse out at the flying field but never checked it out due to the letdown.... maybe I should pull it up to see if the camera AGC didn't mess it up too bad. The aerial real time footage was worthless.

Flying during a lunar eclipse is night flying.....

Really, I thought the same, like that flash is going to help. I lucked out because my wife wanted to go see it. No argument here! Thanks,
