I'll be on the look out for the skinny ones! my storch flies on power pack C, so while it is overpowered on wheels because it is SOOO light, the added weight and drag from fat floats is a little unnerving, but very manageable. good tip, i will try using a little more rudder than i normally would.

Thanks for the plans, OrangutangSurfer. I built some floats and put them on a Cessna I made with Timmy P's plans. I haven't flown it with them yet but they seem pretty scale without altering the plans any.

It's been a few years since this thread got some love, but I scaled down the plans and got them onto a Mini Scout. They do a great job, thanks!
