DX6 throttle issue

I just received my DX6 and when the throttle is all the way down it shows "1" on the display instead of "0". The other DX6 I got to play around with before purchasing mine showed "0" as I imagine is intended.

Any idea on how to correct this?

Thanks!

Tim,

Welcome to the forums!

If you go into your system setup menu, the second screen you hit is labeled "Calibrate". it's explicitly there to teach the radio how far each stick will travel (signal wise). give it a go -- hiding settings in your trim is a fair workaround, but running the calibration is the proper fix, so try it first.

Thank you for the welcome. :)

I ran through the calibration but it didn't quite correct the issue. I finally tested it with my quad though, and it luckily didn't really seem to affect the throttling on the quad itself. Thank you both for the tips.

I have a DX6 and some ESC`s I have to add down trim to the throttle to help shut off the motor all the way.

My DX6 does this too. Doesn't seem to make a difference in performance and if I hold the stick down it goes to 0. I thaught it would be a problem with arming my multirotor, but it seems to be ok.
