E Flight Pitts electric to glow conversion

I thought I would share my latest project, converting this pitts over glow. Motor is a ASP .32, the weight is about the same as the electric version. I had to beef up the fire wall and make mounts for the tank, also had to modify the firewall for the muffler.

I love it! It's not often we see electric to glow conversions! I am a huge glow fan. Many years ago, electric planes were awful, so glow was really the only option. I have a lot of electric planes, but my favorites are glow!

Yea I love the sound, smell, and power these little engines produce. I also like just fueling up and flying, not waiting for battery's to charge.

Is the monokote fuel proof?

I think the covering is the hanger9 ultracote, but yes it is fuel proof
