Eachine wizard x220 receiver voltage too low warning

It always seems to be something wrong with this dang quad. I will spend a day or two fixing it fly once and then go to fly again and something doesn't work. Amazing to fly and i'm just a beginner but dang it just doesn't want to fly. This time I cant figure it out. This time when I turn it on my tx instantly starts beeping that rx is not getting enough battery, after about 20 sec. the leds start to blink. This is all on a brand new fully charged 4s battery. I have tried betaflight 3.1.0, 3.1.3, and cleanflight older one and newer one don't really remember which one thought. I have been getting no response from boot loader in which i reflash it then it works fine until i plug in a battery. Please help me, I really want to fly this weekend. Thank you in advance, Nick

Did you check the batteries in your transmitter?
