I loved my TTx 404. It felt way better than the 9X I have now.

I'm enjoying my 9x much more now after unscrewing the throttle tensioner, cleaning it off and putting some high temp bearing grease under it. Now the throttle is smooooooooooth (I only did it to one at first - that lasted until I used my 2nd one and realised the difference!).

She is built. If only I wasn't so afraid to fly a discontinued plane. I don't want to be in a situation where I cannot get a part I need for repairs. (I am still going to fly her. I am just gun shy.)

Lots of people told me to paint the canopy. The black "CF-look" will absorb the sun even when it is cold outside and it is possible to "warp" it.
