Elliptical wings with foam board?

I am trying to figure out how to make elliptical wings, using foam board. The flite test planes have elliptical wings, but the wing tips tips have an under camber that I would like to make smooth/solid. Thanks!

I don't care for the undercambered wing tips either. It makes them weak and prone to damage. I take a sheet of foam and fill the viod. Connecting the lower skin to the upper. Sortof a pollyheidral effect. After you glue them together, just cut off any excess.

If I'm building from plans I extend the bottom surface, peel the paper, and sand the edge where it meets the upper surface. Like @Merv said you can put a piece in after it's built also.

The MS Spitfire has elliptical wings and have a smooth bottom. Maybe you could get some inspiration from those plans.
