Epson Moverio BT-200 and FPV

I've searched the forum and can't find any reference to these goggles so I thought I'd share my thoughts on them ask if there is anyone else in the Flite Test community using them?

I got mine to go with my DJI Phantom 2 Vision+ and think they work great and don't break the line of sight rules in the UK. I've got other comments but want to keep this post short, let me know if you have a specific question.

The only problem is they are a one trick pony as far as FPV goes, in that I can only use them with the Phantom because other systems use 5.8ghz. I've spent plenty of time searching for a way round this, including the possibility of using a receiver hooked up to a Miracast device or finding a way to wire up the goggles to another video source without the Android handset. What I really want to do is side-by-side 3D, maybe using Blackbird cameras.

Has anybody done anything more interesting with the BT-200's and FPV other than just installing the DJI apps?
If so please can you give me some ideas.
