Solved ER6 won't communicate with aura board

I have an ER4, ER5, and an ER6. I've set all three of them up the same way (see attached photo of ER6 settings). The ER4 and ER5 communicate with the Aura board through channel 2 on the receiver via SBUS on Port B just fine. The ER6 is successfully bound to the TX and connected to the Aura via Port B via channel 2 like the others, but the Aura board doesn't seem to see it at all. Anyone have any ideas of why the ER6 is the odd one out?

Do you have a picture of the ER6 itself?

If it is this version, you should use the serial port on the end of the RX, not the PWM pins.

Yes, that's the one I have. So, I don't need to go in and change those pins to serial and set for SBUS? Just use a proper 4-pin cable?

yup and set the serial to SBUS

It won't let me get into the "Serial" screen to turn on SBUS without changing pins 2 and 3 in the "Connections" screen to "serial." I went ahead and did all that and now, using the serial port, the Aura board is happily chatting with my ER6. Thanks for pointing that out to me.

I had seen the cable that came with the ER6 and saw that one end went in that serial port, but I thought the other end was supposed to go into the satellite port (oof) and it didn't fit. I finally figured out it goes to port B.
