i dont know why but my esc is continuosly beeping very fast and i already caliberated each one of the esc. is this due it is cheap mystery esc, here are the esc specification: esc
also here is the video of what is happening: video

Figure out why the transmitter is beeping first. It should say on the screen. As long as it’s beeping like that, I don’t think it’s transmitting. Your throttle may not be all the way down, or your switches may be on.
The constant beeping from the esc/motor is a warning that prevents it from arming itself because the throttle is above idle or no signal at all.
You say you tried to calibrated each esc so I will assume you have bound the receiver.
You esc's won't arm till the receiver/arduino sends a low throttle signal to the esc.
Who knows.
You have a lot of things going on. Who knows where the problem is.
I suggest you eliminate some of the variables. Try hooking one esc to the rx and see if the problem persist. If the problem is solved then you know the issue is with the flight controller. If the problems persist, then you know the issue is with the rx or esc. Keep eliminating possibilities until you find the issue. Who knows, there may be more than one issue.

I had that yesterday with one of my old esc's that I grabbed out of the dust, it would start to arm but then it would just sit there beeping very quickly, (Very frustrating!) I didn't have the time to deal with it then, so I just put one of my new ones in. Later I had the problem with my new one, so I re-calibrated it it like 3-4 times and it stopped doing it. and then it didn't do it with my old one either.....Don't know what was going on but it works now!
