Solved Esc error code and motor not working

Okay, so try setting the tester to 100%, plug it in, wait for the beeps and then turn it down to 0% let it do the confirmation beep and see if it works then...

So if that doesn't do it, you can try opening it up and look for any spots that have green or white corrosion and clean that off with some isopropyl alcohol, then let it dry over night in some rice..

You have opened the regulator, washed and dried it, it is excellent. Dip it 2 times with drying in Plastik 71 varnish. Your regulator will stop being afraid of water.
