ESC question

Sorry, not sure if this is the right place, so mods please move if needed.

I scored a recovered X3 UCAV drone that was crashed in a tree and never claimed. It wasn't worth buying the gear to get it going, so I decided to strip it for bits.

The motors run mint, but it noticed the ESC's (apparently 18amp) only have what seems to be a ground and signal, so obviously don't work on a standard receiver. See image

Are they worth keeping and if so, what can they be used for?

It will still work, it just won't power your receiver. Not sure what you're building but you have to find a way to power your RX with the correct Voltage (5v-12v depending on your RX).

I'm not building anything. Just wondering if they are worth keeping.

I just pulled it to bits for the wiring and the motors in.

Thanks
