October 14th, at the Hermann Municipal Airport (about an hour West of St. Louis.)
No cover charge or fees! Donations to grow next year's event are appreciated. We offer flying RC all day, as well as small airplane rides as available from local pilots. Once the sun sets, the airspace is RC only, for as late as you want. Primitive camping is available on site. Hermann Trolley offers services to the area, so if you prefer to stay at a B&B or hotel, or go wine tasting before flying, a ride can be arranged.
Stuff going on:
Airplane rides
FPV drone race track/tracks
As much RC as we can get! (combat, bomb drops, free flying, etc)
Pot luck food
Barrel train for kids (with lights after dark)
Yard games (Ladder Golf, Yard Yahtzee, Giant Glow Jenga, Giant Tiddlywinks, volleyball...)
Camping
Bonfire

NOTAM (Notice To Airmen) will be set up to coordinate airspace for RC and separate airspace for full scale planes.
Kids: please keep your children supervised, we don't have a staff for that. Propellers are everywhere.
Pets: please keep on a leash.
Fees: None, but donations are great.
Alcohol: Please drink responsibly, this is a family event. Welcome to wine country!
