Understood. Looking at the plans as-is, it appears wingspan will end up approx 15.25" (as opposed to 17.4" if I had resized to follow incorrect scale guide). Was just using that measurement to confirm in case others are following along or have already built.

Yes. I never tried flying/hovering indoors, though. It does need minimal wind outdoors.

I don't know the weight of the 31". A very rough guess is 400 to 500 grams.

I was just wondering if mine was too heavy… apparently not, it weights approx 310g.

You were right about it being very sensitive to wind, like I have never flown a plane that flies this bad in wind. But I tried it in a gym today and it’s a little too fast for my taste, but it works ok. It hovers pretty good too.
I think if I wanted this to perform good indoors I would have to get it at 200-230g.
