I would like to know, if we get some indication for when the battery is running low on ez power pack V2.

As I don't know how long can we fly without damaging the battery.

As I don't know how long can we fly without damaging the battery.

From what I know, the LED on the control board should flash when power is low.
The batteries themselves also come with a circuit that has overcharge and discharge protection built into them.

It glides nicely, you just need to add some nose weight in there.
Additionally, for solely chuck-gliding, I'd personally add extra horizontal stability in the fuselage where the wing attaches (or glue the wing on, actually).
