EZ-V flight struggle

I just put together the EZ-V with my kids. This is the first time I got a precut kit from flitetest, so much easier than transferring the plans.

I can't seem to get this to climb at all though. We have moved the CG back and forth, motors are right, and propellers are propellering right.

Any hint?

Can you post a pic of the tail, please?
If your electronics are installed correctly and the gyro/motors function correctly...
try adjusting the elevator on the tail upward a bit. Maybe 3 to 5 mm until it climbs with more than ~50% throttle and descends with less than ~50% throttle.
