So far I have made the initial design in Fusion.
This week I will make the flat patterns for cutting out on my 80w Laser. The model has vectored thrust. A total of 6 servos will be used.
2 aeleron
2 elevator
2 vectored thrust

Is that a plugin for Fusion.
Looking good! BTW @Mr Man uses Onshape to extract the skins off the 3D model for the 2D plans.

Is that a Fusion 360 plugin? I do it differently.
But always like seeing different techniques. My way works for me, and it’s easy, but I’m sure there are other ways that might be better.

An update on the F-22. I have been churning through making the flat patterns for the laser cut files.
I have only the canopy and some tail pieces to finish up. Looks like it will take about 8 sheets of foam board.

My laser can’t quite cut a full 20” x30” sheet of foam board. I loose a little bit of bodreder space, not much.
Unfortunately, the wing flat pattern requires a full sheet, unless I break up the wing somewhere.
You can see in the pic how the top 2 sheets are larger.
I need to revisit this and section the wing somewhere without compromising strength.
