F1D Indoor Free Flight World Championships blog

The F1D indoor free flight world championships will take place next week in Slanic, Romania. I'm attending the contest with the US team, and I'll be posting updates and photos at the National Free Flight Society blog linked below.

Josh Finn who was featured in a couple Flite Test videos from last year (https://youtu.be/0y22mV2smkA) will be flying his first international F1D competition as a member of the US team. Feel free to follow along as Kang Lee and the US F1D team defend their titles.

I saw that video with Josh Finn and his wife with the Flite test crew. That was a very interesting video. I will have to peek in on this and keep track of how they do. Good luck to the whole US team in defending the title!

I fly out tomorrow evening. My dad is accompanying me as assistant/advisor, this being the first indoor contest he's ever been too. I absolutely cannot wait to fly in the mine!
