Help! Fastest Airframe for 6 inch prop?!

If you want the "need to speed", you have to use a "V tail and a swept wing design" to get the fastest speed. Why don't you design something?

look up pylon racers.

basically your looking to minimize drag, which means narrow fuselage, smooth surfaces, thin airfoils for the easy to control stuff. After that you get into some of the more complicated stuff to do and would likely need to get into simulation/wind tunnel testings to optimize them.

If your setup gets noisy at full throttle, the prop tip has gone sonic and you're losing thrust. Otherwise do the math and see how fast your set up will get you.
