The scale at which these models are designed/built makes for an incredibly small RC model. The closest commercially available things will be Ultra-Micro size planes which tend to be in the 12-24" wingspan range.
If you're intending to scale the paper planes up to a more typical backyard or park flyer size then you'll need to size electronics and structures to suit.
