I am pretty chuffed about this. I haven't flown RC in 25 years then it was with a .40 sized trainer and 72mhz Futaba. I love this Scout. I had spent so much time dialing it in at home, making sure the throws were set perfect, making sure the expo and rates were good to go. I was really surprised that I didn't need any trim at all during the maiden.

This is an excellent plane and so forgiving and gentle. My only real complaint is that the spray paint doesn't adhere well, even with a base primer-coat. That's no biggie though, my next one will be vinyl coated instead of rattle-can.

Anyway, this was a lovely first outing back into the hobby. Now that I have overcome the barrier to entry, It's time to make my next one :). Also, I am going to need more than 2 batteries.

That's the secret! Most of the ft planes are like that when you're careful on the setup. Beautiful job on the scout.
