More pitch will make your drone faster, but draw more amps and you'll have less flight time.

More blades will drink up your battery faster, but you'll have more "Grip" and control.

Make sure you choose props that fit your motors power and your flying style.;)

Props usually get matched to the motor / esc combo chosen. If you go to the motor makers product page for your motors there should be a chart showing the results of testing with several common props types and the sizes tested on that particular motor. They usually keep recommendations to the motors rated voltages in the charts and show thrust and current draws

Find a prop that fits your particular motor, like the others had said above. That said, if you want a good all-around prop, get a triblade around the 40 pitch. I LOVE the Azure Vanover props, and they're PC so they'll hold up well. The DAL Folds are also very durable but, in my opinion, lack low-end control.

I still rip the DAL Cyclones. They are heavier but so far give the best performance thru out the entire throttle range not just in a sweet spot. That and you just cant kill em unless you fly in freezing temps and hit steel poles making them shatter. No need for gimmicky fad of the moment type things like foldable tri blades or popo or tiny winglets on the tips that grind off the first time they rub something. Oh yeah and I have yet to find a motor that can spin them flat like other makers.

I'll check those out. I'm gonna test out a BUNCH of different props on my freestyle quad.

Oh NOES!!!!!!! you drank the Rotor Riot coolaid didn't you. Next thing you'll be promoting DJI goggles and growing a Mr Steele pornstache. (wait.. can you even grow a mustache yet?):LOL::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::devilish:

I can grow a flavor saver, but that is all haha. I don't foresee myself switching to DJI in the near future, and, to be perfectly honest, am not sure about the direction Rotor Riot is heading for, but wouldn't say no if they wanted me to come on haha. Paid in exposure lol.
