Help! Flight controller will not connect

So for this competition my school is doing we need to use an FS-i6s controller, and rewrite the firmware in QGroundControl, but it doesn't work, I have the proper usb part set up with a read and write cable, but cannot seem t get it t pp up in the firmware tab, My best prediction is that in windows is shows it as a FS-i6s emulator, but have n way t change this Anything will help, if it helps this is for the 2025 AVR drone competition hosted by DroneBlocks

So QGroundControl is for configuring your Flight Controller (Basically the computer inside the drone) For updating the firmware in your FS-i6ZX you will want to use Flysky's upgrade tool.
