We are at FLEXfest today. Working to rebuild and doing what we can with what we have. Handful of pilots up in gusty conditions.

Learn to fly had their planes in that tent and are already back in business today. Helped them test their buddy box.

I have a camper rental that is supposed to be delivered and set up today. Any idea if they’re letting that happen? I saw a post from Josh saying that they weren’t letting people in until tomorrow afternoon.

YES! Talked to Josh. They Recommend Going to First Christian Church in Malvern and picking up one of the hourly shuttles. You can bring your gear on the shuttles and then when conditions permit, take the shuttle back to bring your car in.

Anyone with an RV can also set up there overnight until the mud dries out enough to be passable.

Reduced size west build tent is up. Replacement for the Flite Test star tent going up.

Isolated rain storms rolling through. 20-30 mph winds at the moment.

Car/camper traffic still not possible. They just get stuck.

Well, they may let you in at the west gate then. Go slow in 4wd and try not to stir up the mud.

Planning on getting there tomorrow afternoon - does it seem reasonable that it'll be dried out for travel trailers by then? My tow vehicle isn't 4 wheel drive.
