Well if you can build thousands of autonomous drones that are capable of ocean overflight, there's going to all sorts of other massive problems generated
there would have to be at least 3 lanes. one for slow drones from China, one for fast drone from China and then one for the drones to return to China. they would have to fly in an orderly line.

Swept wing looks sound.
The full flying canard will be "interesting" if it flies. Those better be super ultra double whammy mega torque servos.
But, both should float. LOL!
