I think that's a safe bet ;)

(but build a bloody wonder, too, while you're at it)

I have been wanting to build one and now i think i have found the perfect excuse to do so ;) i hear they make great combat planes.

I'm guessing they will do another round of "Kill the Flite Test Crew" like last year. Even if they don't, I'll be flying streamer combat (which usually results in full-contact combat) with my son, brother, nephew, and anyone else who wants to get in on the action throughout the weekend.

Sounds good to me! :) the more the merrier!

Signed up for a full camp weekend! We just picked up a new little RV to bring to the event as well. Looking forward to seeing some cool stuff!

Just got our tickets :) 2 days for me, my wife and daughter with one night camping (hoping we can find a friend in Ohio with a tent we can borrow...it not we'll have to pick one up at Wally world and stash it at my parents house for future flite fests ;) ) Plus 1 day for my parents and my sister along with her husband and son! Didn't know the extended family was going to come as well but really hyped to share this with them!

I'm the only one signed up as a pilot and honestly not sure if I'll even use that or not yet but figured better safe than sorry. Debating if I want to risk any of my quads in luggage. Figure if nothing else I can bring a battery or two, my TX and a few servos/rx/motor and build something there to fly for the day or two ;)

Of course...we're still waiting to hear if we actually get the time off from work to pull this trip off...so Flying Monkey has to wait until we get our final confirmation before he can add my name to his victims^h^h^h^h^h^h^h volunteeers list ;)

I already registered and got a camping pass for all 4 days, but I may have access to a small pop up camper. Will I have to pay extra to use the camper instead of a tent?

I'm still trying to figure out what I'm doing. I want to go to Flight Fest. The problem is, I owe the wife and kids a vacation, but they have no interest in the wonderful world of RC.

I can't wait for FliteFest 2015, I'm going to try and persuade my dad to be a pilot this year. :) And there is going to be a Mountain Dew Fountain this year, right? :D

Don't know about the Mountain Dew. I'm trying to come to terms with the news that Mrs. Furey won't be selling her pulled pork bbq.

Welcome to the family! You will not find a finer group in the RC community.... Unless they are flying monkeys... eventually you will figure that one out.

Flite Fest 2015

Done! Lord willing my family will see ya in July - have an 11 y/o, 9 y/o and 5 y/o excited about it! So you'll have 4 boys (including me :) ) and my wife ready to watch the festivities in OH! We just found flite test a few months ago and I've started to get into flying along with my oldest son! Love the vids, the podcasts etc. Keep it up guys - you've been a blessing to me because I can share it all with my kids without worrying about language etc. Relatively new family to the hobby and so far so good! I am hoping to try my hand at building something!
